6 Week Program
- The goal is to help you better understand how your physical health is affected by your environment, your relationships, and your hormones.
- We will be exploring your physical health through conversation, understanding, reflection and planning.
- We are discussing and exploring self-esteem, self-confidence, self-worth, and self-acceptance. How these terms differ, where you stand in each of the aforementioned areas and how you can improve and build or rebuild in each of the aforementioned areas.
- We will be discussing how our environment, social circles, and relationships, both platonic and romantic, play a large part in who you are and how you perceive ourselves.
- We will create plans for dealing with physical health crisis, explore terms and definitions of physical health diagnosis and become proficient in advocating for yourself.
- PLEASE BE ADVISED that this is not a medical course. We will not focus on size or weight in this course unless the client wishes to discuss the same. We are not licensed to diagnose anyone with any illness.

Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. LoveliEsteem, LLC understands that unexpected events can happen. The general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of LoveliEsteem. We commit to offering courtesy when needed.
These guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations:
- The client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. A refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to loveli@loveliesteem.com.
- Once the client has scheduled a session with the client the appointment is considered set. If necessary, the client may request to reschedule a session if the client gives at least 24 hours advance notice.
- Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
- If unexpected circumstances prevent the client from completing all their scheduled sessions, then the client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, a refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.
