The goal is to help you better understand how your sexual health is affected by your self-esteem, self-worth, self-acceptance, your relationship with yourself and others.

We will be exploring your sexual health through conversation, understanding, reflection and planning.

We are discussing and exploring self-esteem, self-confidence, self-worth, and self-acceptance. How these terms differ, where you stand in each of the aforementioned areas and how you can improve and build or rebuild in each of the aforementioned areas.

We will be discussing how our environment, social circles, and relationships, both platonic and romantic, play a large part in who you are and how you perceive ourselves.

We will create plans for dealing with sexual health crisis, explore terms and definitions of sexual health diagnosis and become proficient in advocating for yourself.
